Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual account holder and bolalion. They apply to the website, account services, sports markets, live football products, casino games, promotions, payment functions, and customer support made available by bolalion.

Deposits must be made from a payment source that belongs to the registered bolalion account holder. Third-party, borrowed, disputed, or unauthorised funds are not accepted. Minimum and maximum amounts are displayed during the payment process and may change for security or operational reasons.

A deposit is not considered final until bolalion receives confirmed settlement. Processing descriptions such as “instant” indicate a normal expected timeframe and are not unconditional guarantees. Banking checks, network delays, maintenance, incorrect details, or enhanced verification may extend processing.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to available cleared funds, identity checks, wagering requirements, payment verification, fraud screening, and any applicable transaction limits. bolalion normally returns funds to a verified method in the account holder's name.

Before approving a withdrawal, bolalion may request identity documents, proof of address, proof of payment ownership, or information concerning the source of funds. Customers must ensure that bank and e-wallet details are correct. bolalion is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect recipient details or a third-party payment provider.

Withdrawal speed ranges shown elsewhere on bolalion are estimates based on normal conditions. Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers may have different processing times. No estimated range constitutes a guaranteed completion deadline.

Sports Betting and Casino Rules

A bet becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by bolalion. Players must review selections, odds, stake amounts, and potential returns before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

Sports markets covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, and other events are settled using the official result or a recognised data source selected by bolalion. Market-specific rules determine treatment of postponements, abandonments, dead heats, extra time, player withdrawals, and disputed results.

Funds may be returned to the original payment source where appropriate. bolalion may cancel affected bets, withhold disputed proceeds, close linked accounts, or retain records where required by applicable compliance obligations. Legitimate deposited funds will be handled according to the outcome of the review and applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

bolalion is intended for recreational use by adults aged 21 and above. Gambling must not be treated as employment, an investment, or a reliable way to pay expenses. Players should set an affordable budget, take regular breaks, and never chase losses.

Errors, Interruptions, and Service Availability

Limitation of Liability
